Pam Wooddell
After 14 years in the treated lumber business in sales, I was laid off after a big merger. So I decided to get into real estate in 1994.
Real estate has been good to me, and with my degree in Economics, I enjoy following what is happening in all aspects of this business, from housing, to loans and watching all sorts of economic indicators, trying to predict what will happen next!
When I'm not working, I enjoy golf, scrapbooking, boating (we have a 17' Whaler) and most of all, 3 darling grandchildren!

Dee Pearce
Originally from Texas, I have resided in the mountains of Colorado the majority of my adult life. Several years ago, my daughter met and married a Wilmington local and I couldn't move here fast enough. Welcoming my granddaughter, Miss Holladay Stovall in 2008, I have planted my roots. Wilmington is a vibrant area and a fantastic place I can continue to fish, golf, kayak and boat...paradise!
As a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, I am committed to providing every buyer the benefit of my knowledge in choosing, negotiating and closing on their property. As Certified commercial and residential appraiser, I know what lenders and appraisers are thinking. Being on both sides of a transaction has given me a rare insight that I pass onto my clients.
Cape Fear offers a multitude of opportunities and I look forward to helping both newcomers and old-timers find their own piece of paradise. Whether you're looking for a personal residence, a commercial investment or simply want to buy, rehabilitate and flip properties, I will make each step of the way feel like a walk in the park.
Dee Pearce services properties from Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Figure 8 Island, and Wilmington in New Hanover County to Brunswick County golf resorts and beach towns. Hampstead and Burgaw in Pender County are incredible growth areas to check out.
Call and let's go fishing-for property, that is. The real estate climate is what I like to call "the Perfect Storm"-an abundance of inventory, unbelievably low interest rates, and prices that give you the best bang for your buck.0

Selena Work
recently moved to Wilmington from Las Vegas, NV and love the change! I worked in the 1031 Exchange industry for over 7 years and enjoyed the many challenges and obstacles the industry had to offer but decided it was time for a change. I made the move to Wilmington, obtained my Real Estate license and joined with Live Oak Real Estate.
I enjoy spending my spare time with my family at the beach!

Sandi Dawson
Originally from Canada, I grew up and participated in my family's hotel/resort business for many years. Raised with an entrepreneurial spirit and a degree in economics I have owned my own business as well as worked for companies both large and small. I have experienced in finance, sales and customer service and have learned the importance and value of staying motivated, being organized and delivering on promises made. A career in real estate seemed a logical transition, utilizing all these skills as well as providing an opportunity to build relationships for life. My goal as a realtor is to bring integrity and professional standards to all dealings with clients and colleagues alike.

In 1988 our family saw our oldest son off to join the Navy and shipped off to the Middle East. The opportunity for a new position in Raleigh became available to my husband and we decided to make the move and so off we went with our youngest son to live the big city... We lived there for 9 years while I worked with Wake County School System managing the nutrition department of an elemetary school. My husband's job then moved us to Wilmington 15 years ago. At that time I went to work for New Hanover County Schools in their Nutrition department. Upon retiring from Child Nutrition I decided I wanted to change careers and go into real estate. I have always enjoyed working with the public and what better choice than helping families find the perfect home. I am so fortunate to be living in an area that is more like being on vacation each day then just a place to work and live. I enjoy working with clients moving to our beautiful city and showing them all of the advantages of living here at the coast. While living in Wilmington I have seen it grow from a sleepy port city to a bustling city of visitors and new business. I take great pride in making the purchase of your new home as stress free as possible. Helping you negotiate the best price and moving through each step of the process to the closing table is a priority with me. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Rob Norman
Hi, I am Rob Norman. I grew up in the Foothills of North Carolina in Lincoln County. It is there that I learned to love the beauty of our land and the glory of creation. For thirty years I have served as a minister and missionary, part of that time as a Pastor in both Virginia and North Carolina, and eleven years as a Missionary in East Africa, Uganda, and Greece in Southern Europe. Presently, along with my work with Live Oak, I serve as Co-Pastor with my wife Mickie at North Brunswick Fellowship, a new church in Leland NC., www.nbfellowship.net .
I received my Real Estate License in January, 2007 and began at Live Oak in March.
Brunswick County is now my home. I love the beauty of the land, the nearness of the sea and the warmth of the climate. It is a great place to live and enjoy.
What a thrill it is to have the opportunity to help people find property that will meet their family or investment needs. I look forward to serving you.0

Chuck Carter
Hi, I'm Chuck Carter.
Born in Atlanta, GA and raised wherever the Federal Government sent my mother: Georgia,Texas,Virginia,Washington D.C. I know all about moving.
I came to the Wilmington area with friends for the Azalea Festival in the spring of 1982. In 3 days I knew I would eventually live at Carolina Beach. I bought my 1st home at Carolina Beach in 1986 when I was 24 years old, and it was my 34th residence.
I got my license in 1991 and real estate has been my full time career from that day forward. I knew that someday everyone else would find this wonderful region of southeastern North Carolina, called "Cape Fear ". Boy, was I right ! The Greater Wilmington/Beaches area has really grown in the 27 years since I first came here. I have traveled all over the country, but nowhere else enjoys the rich and diverse lifestyle this area has to offer. The beautiful beaches, ocean, waterways, the Cape Fear River, and the Historic District make this a place to live that is truly unique.
With 18yrs experience in real estate here, I can help you realize your dreams of becoming part of the Wilmington way of life.If you already call Wilmington home, let me know what your "GOALS " are,and let's get started. Moving UP, moving DOWN, Residential, Commercial: I do it all. Call me with all your real estate needs, I look forward to hearing from you.

I persevere when others quit and I am honest in my dealings even if it cost me personal gain. I will not compromise who I am for what I could possibly have.
I have 24 years real estate experience here in Wilmington and the beaches.
In addition, I have taken extra classes and tests to earn four designations, the combination of which is held by less than 4% of all Realtors.

I am a native Wilmingtonian and have enjoyed watching the port city of Wilmington grow. I love it here so much that I am planning on being here forever! You really have found a tiny piece of heaven if you are considering a move here or investing in the area. As I began college at UNC-Wilmington, I was fortunate enough to land a fantastic job with Piedmont Airlines and this helped support me while I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. I met my husband during this time of working and going to college. We were engaged a few years before getting married and had 3 dachshunds which kept us quite busy. Soon after we started our family and today we have been blessed with three beautiful, talented and sweet little girls.....Savannah, Keeley-Shea and Claire-Emma. Our family still has a love for dachshunds, currently we have Maggie-May and Chester.
The real estate industry provides me great joy in assisting others whether they are buying or selling. You can always count on the fact that your needs are of utmost importance to me and I will listen to you. I work very diligently to represent my clients in the highest degree. I believe in character, integrity and doing business the right way. I look forward to meeting you soon and helping you as well. Please contact me so I can learn more about you and where your interests lie.
When I'm not working, I most enjoy being with my family....taking pictures of them, walking on the beach, dinners at quaint restaurants, just spending time together. "Live, Laugh, Love......" Slow down and treasure each day. Please allow me to help make your real estate transaction as worry-free as possible, so you too can enjoy every moment.

Live Oak Real Estate's original YANKEE! My husband and I moved down from rural Flemington, NJ almost twelve years ago. We thought we came for the beautiful beaches and weather, but were blessed with so many warm and dear friends ... from work, church and neighbors. We now reside in Leland, NC, just over the Cape Fear River from Wilmington.
My education background started with a college degree in elementary education and now concentrates on the many facets of real estate. I've
been with Live Oak Real Estate almost since its beginnings...I've worked with homebuyers and investors, mainly in the Brunswick county communities, but do cover New Hanover and Pender counties too! So, give a call....0

Walt Wooddell
Walt spent 20 years in the automotive business, as a technician, body man,
parts and service. Licensed in 1996, he is 'out in the field' more than
anyone else at Live Oak as he makes sure that all work on all properties
is being done correctly and to client specifications. When he's not
driving all over North Carolina in his Ford diesel truck, he enjoys golf
and kayaking, as well as playing with his 3 grandsons.0

Born and raised here in Wilmington, I have a working knowledge of how the city ticks. While I’ve grown to love and appreciate the bounty this area has to offer; there are a great many aspects that I still discover to this day. Maybe that’s why Wilmington continues to be one of the most sought after areas in the country to live and call home. After becoming weary of the nonstop travel from my previous career in the environmental field, I wandered through the doors of Live Oak Real Estate and haven’t looked back since. Since 2004, I’ve worked with Live Oak as a real estate broker; and I’ve also attained the requirements to be a North Carolina certified residential appraiser. When I’m not helping you find the home you want to call “home,” I can usually be found somewhere surrounded by saltwater.
