About Me: Originally from New York, I am what you refer to as a half back. I grew up in New York, lived in Florida for 13 years and have now moved half way back to Wilmington NC. I have been a resident of Carolina Beach and Wilmington for the last 15 years. I started my real estate career over 30 years ago in Florida and have experience in selling homes, resort properties, and vacant land. I am Live Oak's Sales Manager as well as NC Real Estate Commission approved Instructor, teaching agents and clients brings me a lot of satisfaction and enjoyment. During my time off son, Shawn and my two rescue dogs, Romeo and Juliet. I can frequently be found me at Thalian Hall, helping people to their seats or UNC-W listening to any of their live performances, we are very fortunate to have an abundance live entertainment to choose from in Wilmington.
